Access the Website
Go to any of the official Doo Prime websites:
Open the Chat Window
Look for the chat icon at the bottom right corner of the homepage (see screenshot above).
Click the chat icon to open the Doo Prime Support window.
Initiate Chat
Click the “Chat Now” button to continue.








Provide Information
Choose your preferred language from the dropdown menu.
(Optional) Enter an Invitation Code if you have one.
Enter your phone country code and your phone number (excluding country code).
Fill in your email address, first name, and last name.
Select the type of question (Account Related, Funding, Trading, or Other) from the dropdown menu.
Start the Chat
Once all fields are filled, click the “Start the Chat” button.
You will be connected to a live customer support representative who can assist you with your query.
Common Issues & Solutions
Cannot Find Chat Button: Ensure you have disabled any ad-blockers or pop-up blockers and are using a supported browser.
