Step-by-Step Instructions

  • Open the Chat Window

    • Look for the chat icon at the bottom right corner of the homepage (see screenshot above).

    • Click the chat icon to open the Doo Prime Support window.

  • Initiate Chat

    • Click the “Chat Now” button to continue.

  • Provide Information

    • Choose your preferred language from the dropdown menu.

    • (Optional) Enter an Invitation Code if you have one.

    • Enter your phone country code and your phone number (excluding country code).

    • Fill in your email address, first name, and last name.

    • Select the type of question (Account Related, Funding, Trading, or Other) from the dropdown menu.

  • Start the Chat

    • Once all fields are filled, click the “Start the Chat” button.

    • You will be connected to a live customer support representative who can assist you with your query.
